Hey everyone!  If you're planning to go somewhere nice and cold this summer, then I've got the perfect place for you! (drum roll plz) I present to youuu.. Baguio City! Well, what is it about baguio that stands out.. like me 💋

First off, let's talk about Burnham Park.  It's HUGE!  I spent hours just wandering around, taking in the fresh mountain air and the gorgeous scenery.  I rented a swan boat – super cheesy, I know, but so much fun!  The park is perfect for a relaxing afternoon, whether you're chilling by the lake, people-watching, or just enjoying the beautiful landscaping.  Definitely recommend grabbing some street food while you're there so it's delicious and affordable! don't even get me started on the night market, it makes me want to stay there forever 🥹

Next up: Camp John Hay. This place is like stepping back in time, but in the best way possible.  The historical significance is amazing, and the whole area is just so peaceful and serene. I loved exploring the old buildings and imagining what life was like there back in the day.  There are also some really cool shops and restaurants, so you can easily spend a whole day here.  There is also a perfect hot cocoa shop there, it is truly a must try

And finally, the breathtaking Mines View Park.  The views are absolutely stunning seriously, picture-postcard perfect. You can see the Cordillera mountain range stretching out as far as the eye can see.  It's a bit touristy, but honestly, the views are worth it.  It was the perfect way to end my Baguio adventure.

Overall, Baguio was incredible. The weather was perfect (a welcome escape from the heat!), the people were friendly, and the sights were simply unforgettable.  If you're looking for a place to escape the city and reconnect with nature, Baguio is definitely the place to go. I'll definitely be back! 🫶🏼
