A Timeless Classic: Beef & Broccoli

Not to mention, the presence of broccoli, which makes it more delicious because it only added to the texture of the dish, as well as the freshness it brings.
As for my Tita’s version, she added another ingredient, a simple ingredient, but a true game changer. I found out that cauliflower with broccoli was the best combo ever made! And, of course, on top of that, mixed with the thinly tenderized beef and the amazing brown sauce, it was mind blowing. I personally cannot get over that experience, and it is now my favorite dish ever.
My broccoli adventure is far from over, but the beef and broccoli has definitely set the bar high. If you are interested in trying a unique, but classic dish, or you’re just like me, who has found a new obsession in broccoli, I highly recommend giving Beef and Broccoli a try. You won't be disappointed!
